I.  General
	A.  Agreement:  Car Care Club, LLC (“The Car Club,” “CCC” or “we”) provides a range of benefits, services and goods to its members in good standing.  CCC is not an insurance company and makes no representation to the same.  CCC does not offer any insurance and is not a replacement or substitute for any insurance product offered by your primary auto insurance carrier.  No product or service offered by CCC is or should be considered “coverage” as required by state law and no representation of the same is being made herein.
B.  Modification:  CCC reserves the right to change or modify all or part of this agreement at any time, effective immediately upon implementation and prior to distribution to members.
II. Included Services
A.  All included services must be redeemed at CCC network providers and are not valid at any other business.  The services offered are included in membership fee and do not have any redeemable cash value and cannot be substituted or sold.  All services require a scheduled appointment and you will be issued a “work order credit” that will be accepted by the network provider as payment.  
1.  Safety Inspection and written report.  You are entitled to three safety inspections and efficiency reports per membership year for the enrolled vehicle in good standing.  The safety inspection will be a technician certified report detailing your vehicles overall condition.  These findings should not necessarily be construed as recommendations and any service recommended can be provided by the network provider or any service provider at your own expense.  The network service provider will pass along the negotiated labor rate exclusively to you as a member of CCC however, a second opinion on work recommended or deciding to use another provider if a warranty or relationship exists is in no way discouraged and the ultimate decision is made by you.  
2.  Oil Change and Tire Rotation.  You are entitled to three oil changes and two tire rotations per membership year for the enrolled vehicle in good standing.  These services are going to be provided by the network service provider.  The oil change is limited to five quarts of oil and standard oil filter.  Any mechanical problem interfering with the ability to change the oil or filter will result in additional charges or a forfeiture of this benefit until the problem is resolved.  The tire rotation will be done at your request and with the confirmation by the technician of the need and benefit.  The tire rotation included is a four wheel rotation and any mechanical issue or aftermarket product interfering with the technician’s ability to complete this service will result in additional charges or forfeiture of this benefit until the problem is resolved.  
3.  Auto Detailing.  You are entitled to three auto ‘wash-n-go’s’ per membership year for the enrolled vehicle in good standing.  This service is redeemable only from the network provider and includes but is not limited to an exterior wash and interior cleaning of dashboard, seats and carpets.  
4.  Towing and storage.  Should your enrolled vehicle in good standing become inoperable due to a collision or mechanical breakdown, towing to the approved network provider at a maximum cost of $100.00 per incident with a maximum of two incidents per year is included in your membership.  Further, a member will not be charged storage fees by the provider unless the vehicle remains at the provider for longer than ten days after you are notified that work is completed.  At that time, the policies of the provider with relation to storage will prevail.  
5.  Auto Collision Deductible Assistance.  You are entitled to a one time per membership year for an enrolled vehicle in good standing auto collision deductible assistance of up to $500.00.  If you are in an accident and are required to pay your insurance deductible, CCC will pay to the network provider up to $500.00 toward your out of pocket expenses.  This is not a waiver of deductible and should not be construed as a discount on the repair. In any event in order to take advantage of this benefit, the repair must be completed by the network provider.  You are in no way discouraged from considering non-network body shops and obtaining competitive estimates.  Your decision to complete the repair at an out of network shop does not entitle you to any compensation and in no way voids your membership or eligibility for this benefit at a later date.  
III. Term and Termination
A.  Term of membership agreement is one year from date of enrollment.
	B.  Vehicle enrolled may not be substituted for any other vehicle for any reason other than directed by CCC.
C.  Member may cancel their membership at any time however, cancellation does not entitle member to any refund or credit for unused service or time.  
	D.  Member may renew membership with written notification prior to the expiration of the original agreement.
